The registry scan screen

RegistryBooster user interface

To access the registry scan screen, click on the Registry Scan tab on the navigation panel. On the left-hand side of the Registry scan screen you will see a sub-menu with five entries: Registry Scan, Latest scan results, Ignore list, Registry repair logs, and Registry defrag. Clicking on each of these functions alternates relevant views or windows. Registry scan is the default window within the Registry scan screen. From here you may perform scans and configure the items in your registry that should be scanned.
*
To configure settings, you should tick the checkboxes. By default, RegistryBooster performs complete scans (note that the checkbox next to Perform a complete scan of your registry is ticked). Each preference is explained in Complete and partial scans.

Latest scan results allows you to view the results window where RegistryBooster displays all the errors and problems found within your registry.
*
Note that once you have run your scan, the Scan results window pops up automatically to reveal the issues found by RegistryBooster. The problems found are summarized in the Attention bar.

*
Below this attention bar is a list of the errors found by RegistryBooster. You may scroll this list and select individual entries to repair and which to leave unchanged.

*
RegistryBooster also allows you to create a backup of your registry entries before repairing errors found. To do this click on the Create Backup button.

*
To repair the selected errors click on the Repair registry button.
